I said to Mrs C yesterday that Everton were coming to Ireland for a friendly game in a couple of weeks and that I was going to try and get tickets. She messaged me mid morning to say she had bought two tickets and booked a hotel for Thursday and Friday night. We live in Co. Down which is a 3 hour drive away. She doesn’t like football and has never seen a game at any level outside televised matches, she is now wondering if the new signings will play. I will never understand women.
