So Fraser has refused to sign an extension with Bournemouth to play these games.
Can totally understand that. If he got injured now his future is uncertain. Bournemouth could go down and they would jib him off.
So that’s them without a key player for them.

Now the flip side of that is that Spurs have Kane back, United have Rashford back, and they were out for the season.

If they scored against you and as a consequence you got relegated you would feel completely robbed.

The whole thing is a joke. I hope it falls on its arse.

Tbf Bournemouth have Brooks back now who is terrific little player, so there's two sides to it.

I just want to get these games over with, nothing we can do about it.

Essentially like watching televised reserve team football. No one would bother.

It'll get decent figures first week then everyone will realise how crap it is and not bother.

Whole thing is totally pointless. The easier out was to null it and give Liverpool their paper title, which is all that is happening anyway except three clubs will be screwed over due to lack of home advantage more likely than not.

Highly doubtful, the viewership of the Bundesliga in the UK has consistently been over 1 million per weekend since their restart.

The Everton fan base gives a particularly skewed perspective on this restart for obvious reasons, everyone I’ve spoken to who isn’t an Everton fan is looking forward to it. Without getting into the morality of the process I’ve no doubt it will bring in big ratings.

If it was for Ancelotti next season I would have probably taken this opportunity to give up on it forever.

No interest in this one at all, even a derby win won't mean anything to me.
Same here. Just want to get this boxed off now so we can get back to trying to improve our disaster of a squad.

These remaining matches are just an unfortunately necessary hurdle to cross so we can get to a new season and fresh start under Carlo.

not sure who you’ve been speaking to and what clubs they support but I know my friends who are mainly Spurs, Man Utd, Chelsea, Cardiff and Everton fans couldn’t give the smallest amount of Effs for this restart. Everyone knows that it’s nothing more than an extended pre season where apart from the relegation teams nobody has anything to play for. BBC and Sky can try and hype it up all they want but come this time next week when the title has probably be won* I can see there being a massive drop in figures.

for some more perspective the Spurs forum that I use has a big thread asking the question “have you missed football?” now there maybe obvious reasons such as Mourinho, playing [Poor language removed] football and nothing left to play for But the resounding response was no and most won’t renew their sky subscriptions etc. A lot of people are actually saying how much they’ve enjoyed the break from it and that they are disappointed to see it come back and that this enforced break has made them reassess how they follow the game.

There’s also an overwhelming dislike of RS on there aswell so I think people are disappointed that it’s coming back as they wanted the null and void scenario to play out just for the lol’s.
