So according to The Athletic, Utd and Liverpool have been meeting secretly with Parry for 3 years working on this.

I'll be happy if this is our stance - was a bit worried that the Stadium payments would be effective bait for Moshiri.

My main concern is that this whole thing is just the beginning - and will be revised until deemed enough by 14 of the PL teams.
