I asked the guy who follows chinese footie about his time at Dalian.

He said: He had Hamsik who was terrible, the defence was leaking and they couldnt kill the game often. It would have been worse if it wasnt for Rondon, as the whole game was based around him.

He left, wasnt sacked, promoted some youth players, was respected by the fans from other teams and was involved in youth teams trainings. But all in all he didnt do too much down there.
