Absolutely no proof to suggest any of that is actually true. If James goes it’s not because Benitez or anyone at the club has forced it but because he doesn’t want to be here. He’s gone from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich to 10th place Everton, he did so because he had a great relationship with a manager that’s no longer here.

yes we know we have had players who may have supported that club, or even played for them.

Attempting to take charge and represent us at management level, having belittled us, and today shown no remorse, in fact doubled down on his insults, is a different matter. All apart from the fact that he is an extremely poor manager at this stage of his career.
