Mate maybe from your Indian vantage point there is no issue with hiring an ex RS manager who has failed in China, however I think the match going fans, having just been served up a 0-0 at home to Burnley with 5 at the back, will hold a different view and ensure the board understand their feelings.
At least being at Merseyside since 2004, he will have more concerns. Serving 0-0 against Burnley, might be possible if they are taken over, over night and buy the City squad.

You have the team. Looking at the squad I don't see why they can't be better... it is just the managers have come and gone by, want their players and still fail.

Glad to see some really low expectations. Will definitely do better than 10th.

Benitez is neither going to be moved nor the board unless there is a relegation concern.

Why you did not go for Moyes who achieved Europe with West Ham?

No he is one of 2 just like under Ancelotti, the other fella is a first team coach/analyst
This is a different situation under Benitez.

Moreno is his one and only assistant in relaity. The feller has been Benitez's number 2 at Liverpool Inter, Chelsea, Napoli, Madrid, Newcastle and in China.

And Gomez as First Team Coach is below Moreno.

Ferguson will be laying cones down, as per...

Handled the presser very well. Very interesting comments about something missing in the club culture and trying to address it with senior players.

...as opposed to what happened during our last home game v Burnley? Played off the park, weren't we? And that was under Ancelotti! Should we actually turn up against Burnley at home next season we'll effectively be one to three points better off.

I said I loved Carlo, he reminds me of my dead grandad is all. Alex Fergusson was a bad tempered get who didn't like to loose, throwing shoes about and bullying players to win....I'm just hoping our side get to see a mere glint of that with Benny. I have no real insight into either Carlo or AF other than hearsay. Sorry for the confusion, its an opinion mate.. That's all.

Benny?

Just watched the presser vid. All a bit meh really. I don't want Rafael here however booing him etc isn't going to do any good. Talk is cheap & what he said is all very predictable. I will support the team, not him though. As he said he has to walk the walk before i give him anything positive back. That can be earned over time. As of now absolutely nothing has been done so it remains meh for me for the considerable future. I hope he turns my opinion around though.
