You can see what twitter has to say.....

Rafael is willing to accept all the criticism's, and fans backlash for the good of the club. He has only one thing in mind to improve the club from top to bottom and win. If he leaves, it will be with a good foundation where the successors will be able to work upon it.

Our team hasn't changed that much and so far Sancho hasn't pulled up trees in England, a 15 point swing from last season isn't impossible when you think we need 8 more and they need 7 less.

Like I said I don't think we will finish fourth but it is possible, whereas 1st/2nd and 3rd are not.
4th Agreed... But as I said, it is not easy, but it is not difficult. There are clearly 3 teams are stronger including Man City.

Mate maybe from your Indian vantage point there is no issue with hiring an ex RS manager who has failed in China, however I think the match going fans, having just been served up a 0-0 at home to Burnley with 5 at the back, will hold a different view and ensure the board understand their feelings.

Why apologize???

I really like him for it.

Apologising for doing something that he more or less said he will do for us?!...... What next - you want boxers to apologise for punching someone in the face in the ring.

What Rafael said as an opposition manager is far less than what Moyes said as our manager "7th place is a great achievement for a club like Everton"..... He actually said that whilst being the 4th highest paid manager in world football.

What I'd want is a boxer to apologise for a low blow or a shot after the bell.

That's what he did to Everton, it was a cheap shot. I'd expect an apology, I dont give a toss if he'd act like a bellend for us too - in fact I wouldn't want him to.

Like Usmanov cares what Kev The Rat thinks give over mate lol

Why? Why is AF such a terrible human being?

Why? Why is Ancelotti such a wonderful guy?

I'm just wondering. Does not have that impression of AF at all. He comes from the old school, and has brought with him some good working class values.
I said I loved Carlo, he reminds me of my dead grandad is all. Alex Fergusson was a bad tempered get who didn't like to loose, throwing shoes about and bullying players to win....I'm just hoping our side get to see a mere glint of that with Benny. I have no real insight into either Carlo or AF other than hearsay. Sorry for the confusion, its an opinion mate.. That's all.

We know he has some journos eating out of the palm of his hand so I don't put too much value in this at all.

Did you read the whole article? How many from the list of players he signed there have they sold on for a profit? They took a loss on nearly all of them. That's why Ashley cut the purse strings.

They've got Dwight Gayle and DeAndre Yedlin down as a success which tells you how ridiculous those ratings are.

players that got them out of the championship like Gayle were pretty successful but I get what you’re saying.

So we have an absentee owner attempting to impose on the fans an unwanted RS manager, with very little financing available to him.

recipe for success right there :)

Who knows what will happen - I've said for a while Everton do well when expectations are low so I fully expect us to have a decent season.

Benitez doesnt often give much away anyway he was never going to say we have loads of money to spend, James is going to be our star man and indulged like Carlo did etc.

That Balague fella said there is money to spend so I believe that especially when the owners are always giving us dodgy sponsership deals.

Do you think we are going to be playing those teams off the park under Benitez?

If he lasts 3 years we will still be playing Stone age footy.
I have no idea what kind of footy we will be playing under him as I haven’t seen any matches under him. Now, just because you have a DeLorean you don’t have to spoil it for the rest of us.
