It was merely an expression, calm down. If I recall in Toonland he had plans but Ashley was not on board and he did well up there on poor resources. Give him a chance like we should and most do with new managers.

I’m calm .

He’s Been unlucky with all these people not backing him Newcastle , China and I’m sure he had problems in Valencia and the RS at the end . Almost like he’s got a serious pr machine at work for him .

12 question marks , is everything ok or do you just really want an answer ?

Of course I did and this bloke will get one I’m just questioning the appointment and voicing my doubts , with this being a forum and all . I’m just not a fan of blinding accepting what is clearly an incredibly divisive appointment . I’ll keep repeating myself I hope Benitez never loses a game but it doesn’t mean I’m not concerned over his desire , ambitions or where his career is it .

Kinda like all these new posters clamouring to show their unadulterated love for him, how we are lucky to have a Champions League, La Liga winning manager blah blah blah.

A lot , well several posters , seem very familiar with the lack of backing he got in China . Now I accept we’ve all heard about Ashley but I had no clue about this China situation at all . All very fascinating
