The requirement for a manager, for me, is to not get humiliated at home to crap relegation fodder. Spare us your unceasing straw man arguments.

Moyes got beat 3-0 at home by Wigan

Ancelotti got beat 2-0 at home to relegated Sheff Utd & Fulham

You're basically using one freak result to justify seeing a manager sacked after 9 games.

Let me ask do you think City fans were calling for Pep's head after Tom Davies made it 4-0???

.…doing ok for ponies. 4th in the league after 10 games (always a good benchmark), knocked United & City out of the League Cup and going well in Europe. Doing a fantastic job is Moyes, surely Manager of the Month.
.....not a great fan of Moyes but you cannot deny he is doing far better than our manager
And today his team smashed one that beat us.
Reet good that i'n't it?
Not quite ready to chuck Benny oot yet
???

…I think that’s fair, Dave. I also agree we‘ll give anybody a challenge with a fully fit team.

West Ham are decent, though. They have bought well, got a strong spine to the team. They may have a dip but I can see them having a decent season.

My mates a Utd fan (actually from Manchester) and he said yesterday the teams that often win the league / finish top 4 have the most luck with injuries.

Man City aside who have an unmatched depth in quality You see that with the likes of West Ham whereas we have been hammered by injuries the last 18 months and can never put out a fully fit side.

….it’s a point worth making, but you still need a good side with good players to hang around the top 4. I think Antonio has been out for a spell this season but they coped.

Everton are dull. Benetiz is and will be steady but it wont go anywhere.
We blew it in the summer not going for graham potter. He'd have really lit the fire again in terms of what could be bubbling away at Everton in the next few years. A team that through its good coach went to grounds with the attitude of i dont give a fck who you are. We are coming to give you a game and we're going to play good football with it. You could well beat us but we havent come here to roll over.
Oh Everton.
You really disapoint with your lack of vision.
Its october and im already bored watching us.

None of those examples (rather, more straw man arguments) had us concede 4 goals in 20 minutes. You can dismiss that as a 'freak' result if it makes you feel better, but the man's only been here for 11 competitive games, and that included a crap loss to 'kin QPR. So that's two 'freak' results inside a dozen games.
I know how this merry-go-round works. Next you'll put all the blame on the players instead of him.

Ah so Benitez instructed his defenders not to defend and his holding midfielders not to do their jobs.

Maybe start asking questions of the same garbage players we had out there on the pitch who've let us down time after time instead of painting a target on the convenient ex LFC manager who's been here 5 minutes and given no money to spend.

Potter would have been my choice too.
