Quite simple. His coaching style at the level of clubs hes been at have been consistent in its praise. He can only work with what he's got at that level. His team hasnt been playing well for a month. Hence no flavour of the month.

He has to be given 2 full seasons minimum which I suspect he will get given he's on a 2 yr deal with an option of a 3rd.
If he has us around the european spots / top 10 he'll likely get a 3rd season whereas if we finish bottom half twice he may well be let go and the board not renew his deal.
Anyone thinking he's going anytime soon when we are 9th is delusional.
