Klopp has been quite lucky to achieve what he has... the jump he made from a regular top four side to winning the champions league then premiership was down to two main reasons... City and Chelsea having there poorest seasons in years.. United having there worst side for 30 years and more importantly FSG giving Klopp 200m to spend in 6 months including all the Coutinho money...

He obviously must have made some good signings to rise up four divisions and then keep a tiny club in the top flight for multiple years (bringing them up from tiny to average during his time there).

Yes Rafael was unbeaten in the champions league qualified 1st in their group with the most goals in Europe. Who's to say that they wouldn't have won it with him in charge.

With respect, Eddie Howe is there for one reason and one reason only. A huge sack of cash. He knows his aim is to keep them in the PL so he can be moved aside for a more fashionable name.
Howe has taken the job no self respecting manager would go near until PL status is assured.

Who knows. Maybe Moshiri said there was money, maybe now there isn't.
