So you put him ahead of Joe for example on the list of sucesful Everton managers? Or Moyes who got us into Europe a few times, or Roberto who gave us a great first season and a 5th place? Apparently not winning trophies means you are a total failure. We have only had one successful manager in the premier league era, the rest are total failures.

And he would give this manager a third season even if he potentially finished bottom half 2 years on the trot in the hope he does better.

Good job he did walk, however if he hadn't some of the same fans who dont want Rafael here would of been happy for Carlo to stay. Very few called for his head.

Joe left during the season ... not a great example of responsible managerial behaviour. I think we were 13th at the time and finished up 15th.

BUT ... comparing managers, with all the variables, is pointless. Each one has his own set of barriers to overcome.
