How can the manager set up a team/system to have any consistency where everyone knows their job and have solid partnerships with one another on the pitch if half our squad are in and out the side on a weekly basis?

West Ham can play Moyes' way because he's been there over 24 months and barely has had any injuries so there is a consistency to them. Take half their team out week in week out and dump Mark Noble, Lanzini, Diop etc in there and you'll see a drop in performances / results.

But you refuse to acknowledge that or give this fella more than 11 games to actually try build something here its scandalous.
But the defence has been with each other for over a year and looked allright generally last year (when it kept being changed then as well). And now this manager has them looking like they have never met and arguing with each other.

Performances will drop, that's understandable. I didn't and don't expect him to win every game, even without injuries. I expect him to have our players, regardless of whether they are our back ups (who you claimed are good enough to be getting 11th) to actually show some desire and be motivated. As its his job to do that. Having spent 5 months with them, he isn't getting them to.

If its not on the manager to ensure they know their jobs, who is it on? You act as if he is managing players who have never met, they train together every day.

Just hearing about United paying off Ole between 7 and 8m and its costing 10m to get Poch, lets say 17m, this is why Rafael has a very safe job, we cant afford to pay him off and buy out another manager of note. If anyone thinks we have the money to do this why did we only spend 1.7m in the summer? Why did we go for the cheapest manager option in the summer?
The money we have wasted on players is one thing but the money we have wasted on manager turn arounds is criminal. This isnt even sticking up for Rafael but pointing out why we wont be and cant sack him, money, its not there, it was there but Moshiri and Brands wasted it.

Because unlike Brentford we'll have 8 players missing through injury/suspension.

Its not that difficult to understand if you haven't an agenda - I mean Brentford didnt roll over for Liverpool & Arsenal so I dont know why people expect it to be a walk in the park for a side with Rondon, Iwobi & Delph rocking up.
All proven premier players who are good enough for 11th in your view. They should cope against a team lower than 11th surely?

They're a glorified Championship club.
They should be treated as such.

Funny to see you use their 1in 8 as a yardstick of how poor their manager is btw.

In actual tears at that one

You on and others go on like we've been playing like prime Barcelona these past 6-7 years and all of a sudden we are crap.

You talk about a solid defence - did you see Michael Keane & Mason Holgate literally bounce balls off each other to gift Kane and Spurs 2 goals last season?

Did you see them concede 2 goals in 2 minutes of injury time against a rank Newcastle side?

Your whole argument has more holes than John Waynes shooting target my friend.

Leeds are a gloried championship team yet finished above the great King Carlo last season - I didn't see you call for his head.

Whut? Cheapest?

Indeed it is criminal and I've a feeling we've just perpetuated the cycle.

There's a lad on popmaster this morning says he's an evertonian. He near sounded embarassed to admit it. A big long pause before answering when Ken Bruce asked what team he followed lol
A lad came into the gym yesterday wearing the shirt and I thought ‘that’s brave of you after Sunday’s shambles’, as we’re infested with fans of both red teams around here.
