I want a manager whose best days in management are far more likely to be ahead than they are behind them.

I figure it would be an open dialogue, really couldn't imagine a credible case being put forward for hiring such a manager. And I don't think it was - Moshiri's decision by all accounts.

Yeah understandable, but we need results now. We are in a relegation battle. Lampard not good enough yet, nuno rubbish, potter maybe, danish manager unproven.

If anyone picks Potter or Lampard over the special one because they are "young and progressive" it shows you all you need to know when Lampard had the current Champions of Europe 9th in the table and Potterball is on a similiar winless run as the current "worst manager in our 'istory".

Moyes isn't young or progressive yet is doing a decent job with WHU...
