See the problem with "vaulting" is that people's opinions change all the time - unless you still believe in Santa Clause like you did when you were 5?

Unless you live in a cave or your ma's basement and only listen to your own ramblings then its perfectly normal to change an opinion on something.

I know for sure 80% of fans didnt rate DCL 3-4 years ago.

I dont go "vaulting" people to try "win" an argument on the internet because their opinions were as valid as anyone elses based on the evidence of that time.

I dont know. I kind of like what Benitez has done. It was very entertaining football. I even liked putting Iwobi on, just to mess with Arteta's head even more. Maybe some Blues have become stuck in the groove of being anti everything, of just very depressed. To each their own. I hope Rafael stays at least until the summer.

I actually gave credit to benitez for our improved performance yesterday. I've also called for him to go more defensive to try and halt the slide.

I was only commenting in the fact that my mates who are geordies, tell me how the football was awful. I wasn't commenting on my views of it.

Allan put a proper shift in last night.
He does seem to get caught up the pitch a bit.

The defending is a disaster.

Going forward we aren't up to much. People were slating Richarlison all over the match thread but we don't create anything. Our two goals last night came from two moments of magic from Gray.

and anyway you don't have to be a model of consistency to make a £40m player in any event. You just have to have star quality, like Richi, or Iwobi, and he's got that.
