I have to say it isn’t working at the moment.
I think it’s a mix of stubbornness keeping with the same tactics, coupled with injuries to key players. It’s even more problematic when you have absolutely no depth in the squad. Back up players like Davies, Gomes and Rondon says all we need to know.
I remember a certain great saying once “never again”
Until certain key players come back fully fit, and perhaps 2-3 additions in January, which I can’t see us doing… and continue to use the same pathetic tactics I suspect we will continue circling the drain… hopefully though we won’t get sucked in, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we did.

I will not defend how we have played the last period. But there is a difference between having a tactic and how it is performed. Football is not like chess, where you can move the pieces as you like, but there are far more variables that come into play.
At the same time, we are the team that has taken the most points after the opponent has led the match - something that is not only positive - but it is something.

More points picked up from losing positions indicates that a more positive approach, playing with tempo and aggression would definitely have got us more points.
I knew what an unpleasant man he is but I’m genuinely surprised at how poor a coach he is.
