There won't ever be any responsibility taken on his shoulders at all. He was all smiles during the first couple of games, no complaints about transfer budgets or players 'we know how it is and we need to get on with it' etc etc, starts losing games and its because there are too many injured players. Gets rid of the medical team then when results don't improve its now the squad isn't good enough, the club is rotten to the core and everything needs changed. DOF binned and falls out with a key member of the squad, results still bad so now we need players with the right attitude.
