Maybe he just forgot to a 1 and he actually meant 18th.Finishing lower than 8th is a failure according to him.

I don't see it. I hate to say it, but @davek, @Saint Domingo and @ForeverBlue92 are right about one thing, Moshiri would rather see Benitez relegate us than sack him it seems. Where I disagree with the above gentleman is that drifting into an acquired helplessness and shrugging my shoulders about our decline is not for me.The fact that the whole country will get to see just how bad we really are tomorrow, will hopefully be the catalyst for his removal.
I think the rest of the season will be significantly better than it has been.
Yup, that's what he went with.Second half of the season...we'll suddenly start to improve.
It's the same logic that says a cricketer consistently failing to score big totals is 'due one'.
Um, wish I could be confident and say no, but...We’re getting beaten tomorrow aren’t we.
Aren't the top 6 teams we've been doing better against? How does our run in look, Dave?
Based on what? Has Rafael been lulling the other 19 cloobs into a false sense of security just long enough for us to go full peak Barca from January onwards and take the league by surprise as per some masterplan? We've barely been able to string two passes together all season, still can't defend corners, the players look terrified of the ball, you can feel the defeat before the kickoff, no one seems to know what the tactical plan is or if there even is one, and most of the players look to have gone backwards since last season.I think the rest of the season will be significantly better than it has been.

Going to be a repeat of Millwall away under SilvaWe’re getting beaten tomorrow aren’t we.
We've played them and taken points off them.At the moment every club he faces is a 'Top Club'.
We still have to play against: City, Spurs, Man U, RS, Chelsea, Leicester and Arsenal so if we get relegated we should give him a free pass?

I think when DCL is back we’ll improve , I remember reading that . Something about being better in both boxes , that’ll build on the upturn we’ve seen after doucoure’s return.Second half of the season...we'll suddenly start to improve.

Let’s hope the Hull bizzies don’t read thisGoing to be a repeat of Millwall away under Silva

6 points in 6 games is hardly anything to shout about when we play the majority of games against the other 14.Aren't the top 6 teams we've been doing better against?
Tuesday certainly will be interesting , but if there is real animosity against the manager the reaction should possibly depend on the result alone. In my experience as a season ticket holder the feeling on here generally mirrors that at the ground and as I said he's already having chants against him and boos at the ground as well as pretty widespread shouts from individuals for him to be sacked and calling him a kopite this and a fat spanish that. I don't know why tuesday would be any different to any other game as a test in that regard except as i say if we've lost to Hull it's pretty sure to be cranked up a notch.
