Benitez has seen through the players who are not up for it/disruptive & called them out on it. He knows who the problem players are. They don’t like it”

He also mentioned “toxic x players”, but Reidy wasn’t mentioned.
Clue: presumably this one had been whispering in LD’s ear given same position……

"Newcastle's board had a year to sort out my contract but, when we met after the end of last season, they didn't make me a proper offer.

"They told me they didn't want to invest in the academy or the training ground - if they like, I can explain the reason why Mike Ashley refused to do that.

"After that meeting, I knew they would not come back with a serious offer and, when it arrived, 19 days later, it was for the same salary as three years earlier and with less control over signings.

"After three years of unfulfilled promises, I didn't trust them."

Why will the fan reaction on Tuesday be the acid test if Moshiri doesn't care what the fans think anyway? The home crowd is not supportive of him theres nothing to test there hasn't been a massive revolt against him but he gets a lot of individual shouts from the terraces the odd chorus of fat spanish waiter he got booed quite loudly for getting up out of the dugout on sunday and Digne was roundly applauded and chanted for while warming up. If you're suggesting or hoping that the Goodison crowd is in support of Benitez you are well off base and if the worst happens and we lose tomorrow Tuesday will be an absolute bear pit for him.
It is the acid test to gauge the support , or lack of it, from the Everton match going supporters.

If the reaction of the crowd at the game were to mirror the feeling of many on here then the manager will get a very bad reception.

It will test if GOT is representative of Evertonians.

In my experience as a season ticket holder the feeling on here generally mirrors that at the ground and as I said he's already having chants against him and boos at the ground as well as pretty widespread shouts from individuals for him to be sacked and calling him a kopite this and a fat spanish that. I don't know why tuesday would be any different to any other game as a test in that regard except as i say if we've lost to Hull it's pretty sure to be cranked up a notch.
