I get that but putting huge pressure on the manager and team makes them less confident. You can see the players are playing for the manager.

He signed 2 good players expecially Gray and helping Gordon improve. I'm just thinking the fans are making more of it and creating a toxic cloud when we don't need it.

Yep. After 6 league games (and a decentish start - despite not really having played anyone of note) I said to myself "I'll give him some slack. So long as he does better than 1 win and 8 losses from the next 12 league games, that'll do.

Well they pay lots of hard earned money to go see their team. They are fully entitled to call a spade a spade and complain about a very poor side languishing just about the relegation places.

I’d respect them less if they just sat back and accepted mediocrity.

Some comments in the press this morning from him. He’s bang on the money again, there’s major problems at Everton, he’s trying to fix them, the players he’s brought in are displaying the right attitude to try and fix some problems, he needs time to do it, fans need to stay behind the team.

Pushing for his removal because of a personal dislike of him is just a vote towards further instability and the elongation of the problems that have plagued us for years. It’s a shot in the arm for the wasters in the squad who for the first time in years are starting to worry that the gravy train might be coming to an end and they’ll be heading out.

The manager last season done ok with the same or arguably a weaker squad, and he wasn’t even arsed about Everton.

Give him time to judge? Shall we say he’s not good enough when we’re relegated or deep into the relegation zone?

Like over 3k fans travelled to Hull to support the side yesterday. The fans support isn't really deserved
