Looking at it objectively, we've had two champions league winning managers at the helm. You can say what you want about them, but both were held in high regard at almost all of their former clubs... Both have excellent track records in England and abroad...

We've seen a lot this season this set of players wants to have a go they don't want to sit back because when we sit back we make mistakes. When we have been behind we have actually looked a better team at times. That shows me they are capable of more than they are showing.

I didn’t want him. I got behind him tho because Everton needed something to work. We needed a clear out and a direction for the club to go.

I felt like I would with any manger he needed time. He really only has himself to blame tho. We all know we don’t have a great group of players but he has someone how made them worse.

The man was meant to be able to organise a defence he can’t his tactics are shocking but let’s even forget that for a moment. To keep playing Rondon who is finished at this level and wasn’t any good anyway. It’s kind of like he wants to be sacked. He also keeps picking a finished Colman and shocking Keane worst manger we have ever had we need him gone tonight and then we all need to come together to survive this season.

There’s no way these managers get their full contract when they get sacked btw, there’s obviously some compo but there’s also obviously some clauses that stop that from happening.

As I understand it, the majority of contracts that result in severance tends to be a max of 1 year paid up, or sometimes it's wages paid as normal until another job is taken. Smart operators like Daniel Levy put performance clauses in so sometimes even no/minimal severance needs to be paid.

But we don't have Levy. We have Moshiri, who thought 3 years at £6-8m was a good idea, so god only knows what the terms are for Rafael's contract.

I seriously doubt they were genuine, well some of them. Whilst it can be funny the big give aways are cherry picking who to respond to, lack of being subtle in what they said and the circumstances. Also the massive give away is the “I’m right you’re wrong” routine.

I suspect it lingers because the same hand wipes the arse it’s cleaning.
