They really did but it was nothing that numerous other former players haven’t said or that we didn’t know. People with this personality and management style cause friction and conflict everywhere they go and never stay in one place for a long time because of it. They’re so focussed on objectives and detail, people are collateral.

Some just had their fingers in their ears though though “boss he’s coming in and giving a rocket up these crap players, no point being a nice guy etc….”. The players are a problem, lots of them need to go but change needs to be managed with more subtlety than this guy is capable of.
