I demand you to expand logic on that statement Barnie
I don't normally give in to demands so easily my good friend. But in your case I'll make an exception as you are clearly in need of some help if my post above requires further explanation. ;)

I have been against the appointment of Mr Benitez as Everton manager, because I believed he was absolutely the wrong man to take us forward. But if he really is a drain engineer masquerading as a football manager, then I'm happy to concede that maybe I was wrong and he is actually the ideal person to manage our club, given that it is currently so full of ####.

Hope that helps. :)

Your help was off the hook Barnes.

The hook was here ...

...And the help was here

That's a lot in my book. I'm grateful. Fancy a cup of tea? Shall I put the kettle on?

Now now tofee, in my culture we put the kettle on when a guest is in your house doing your drains. Especially if your an Evertonian. We don't call him a pig and a clown while he is stopping water flooding down the stairs.

I put the kettle on and put on a 3 course meal when you came into our world as a guest.

Gowan tofee, put the kettle on?

You're an Evertonian.

meh

I was thought to call a clown a clown if he is arrogant about being a clown lol

I love Everton and the lads here. Will never support Benitez but I want him to succeed because he is here

just like Trump. I love the U.S, served in the Military for it, but he was still a worthless piece of poop whom I hoped would do a good job despite being a worthless piece of poop

You're facing a lot of down stairs property damage. Dont just hope.

Put the kettle on.

Thanks for this mate. Once I managed to cut through the blubber I could see the faint glimmer of a dying light.?

The most important person at the club is the owner as they ultimately pay for the players or not, and define the club's strategy and direction of travel. Managers are transient like buses at the old bubbles bus stop or the celestial bodies of the Kuiper Belt.

Managers deliver the tactics, the style of play, or the method to achieve the strategy. It is ultimately up to the players to deliver the strategy. One of the main roles of the manager is to pick the players who are on the team and on the bench - or in some cases frozen out.

If you want to make Everton great again it is your job to support the players on the pitch.

It is also the fans who as the key stakeholders have the right and duty to let the manager and owner know when things are not quite right or something is clearly wrong. The fan base is the core and heart of the club.

It must be understood that Kopite spies exist. Once a spy has been established successfully, they can be assigned to specific assignments. These assignments will be to attack potential, such as good players and the like, to support the promotion of those not up to the task and to confuse @Joey66 and @matty1878

These are dangerous times and we all need to remain strong and keep watching this space.

God bless you. RYAW ?
I'm not confused, reading that post .........We have a good Manager & a poor squad of players due to injuries.....

Happy to join you for cup of tea any time mate. ;)

Seriously though, and I fully appreciate that we jest a lot in here, but this forum is very much polarised on the subject of Mr Benitez. As it was on the subject of Mr Rodriguez, which I believe was just a bi product of the whole Benitez debate.

In reality, it is perfectly acceptable to despise the concept of RS fans as a group, whilst liking, and perhaps even loving individual persons within that group. Equally, it is perfectly acceptable to like or love a RS fan, whilst at the same time hating that he/she is, in fact, a RS fan.

What you drink tea -not coffee? GET OUT OF MY HOUSE LAD YOU TEA DRINKING PIG

Yeap but in the mean time why not stick the kettle on x
Hi mate, some kettles are faulty and do not work properly. I insist on an efficient reliable kettle as I do love a good cup of tea. Watching the performances so far the Beni-Kettle is under scrutiny. It just didn't boil properly for small-cups of tea such as the Burnley brew, and just produced tepid water for the Villa and QPR brews. Although I have managed to make a few cups of tea so far this season the process of making them has in large parts not been acceptable. If I'd used one of the big-mugs I'm not sure I'd have even managed to make a full brew! Ultimately, if you have friends around and the kettle isn't working properly, annoying and disappointing as this may be you might have to revert to using the Big-Dunc-pan to boil the water.
