Glad you're on my side Spadge.Hi mate, some kettles are faulty and do not work properly. I insist on an efficient reliable kettle as I do love a good cup of tea. Watching the performances so far the Beni-Kettle is under scrutiny. It just didn't boil properly for small-cups of tea such as the Burnley brew, and just produced tepid water for the Villa and QPR brews. Although I have managed to make a few cups of tea so far this season the process of making them has in large parts not been acceptable. If I'd used one of the big-mugs I'm not sure I'd have even managed to make a full brew! Ultimately, if you have friends around and the kettle isn't working properly, annoying and disappointing as this may be you might have to revert to using the Big-Dunc-pan to boil the water.
