The reason he's doing the job of two, is he's always trying to anticipate Moris next mistake and Robles is to a certain extent too. If you look at a lot of the times Williams is caught out of postion, it's because he's been trying to cover something Mori has / hasn't done.

He's had enough chances.

Why doesn't Koeman start with Holgate? If he's playing Mori because he's quicker/younger than Jags, then surely, Holgate is the better choice. He's very quick and much younger.

Mori has chalked up numerous poor performances this season. What does Koeman actually see in him?

I don't think either look comfortable in a back 4. We get away with it against the lesser teams but yesterday showed we need to adopt a back 3 against the better teams, until such time we are able to buy defenders that we can trust.

We need to get shut of Mori in the summer before his reputation is shot. If he continues making so many errors eventually they will start leading to goals and become noticeable.

I don't think he's actively bad, I just think he's all wrong for the English League

I've always got the impression from watching him that he likes to think through what he's doing, and in the high paced game of the Premier League that isn't always possible

In a slower League such as Spain or Italy, he'd be much more comfortable and I reckon he'd forge a very good career for himself

He's by no means the worst Everton player I've ever seen, heck he isn't even the worst Everton player to play for us in this decade, but I do think it's time for him to move on in the summer. At the end of the day, we should have signed Van Dijk, but you live and learn with these things and it's not as if he was a nobody plucked from obscurity. He played for a big club in Argentina and had international caps. Sometimes moves don't work out, and this is one of them. He's given his all for that shirt and I respect that, but it's time to wish him well and get him a move I think
