I don't think he's actively bad, I just think he's all wrong for the English League
I've always got the impression from watching him that he likes to think through what he's doing, and in the high paced game of the Premier League that isn't always possible
In a slower League such as Spain or Italy, he'd be much more comfortable and I reckon he'd forge a very good career for himself
He's by no means the worst Everton player I've ever seen, heck he isn't even the worst Everton player to play for us in this decade, but I do think it's time for him to move on in the summer. At the end of the day, we should have signed Van Dijk, but you live and learn with these things and it's not as if he was a nobody plucked from obscurity. He played for a big club in Argentina and had international caps. Sometimes moves don't work out, and this is one of them. He's given his all for that shirt and I respect that, but it's time to wish him well and get him a move I think
