I think it's more because he doesn't have the time to pick a pass or make a decision

The "hustle and bustle" of the League just doesn't suit him IMO

I disagree, he's actually worse when he's got time in a way. Anything that requires more than 10 brain cells is a problem for Ramiro, sadly.

The reason he's doing the job of two, is he's always trying to anticipate Moris next mistake and Robles is to a certain extent too. If you look at a lot of the times Williams is caught out of postion, it's because he's been trying to cover something Mori has / hasn't done.

He's had enough chances.

Agreed - that's the exact point I was making. Williams would look class alongside a better defender.

You have to have confidence in a centre half both as supporters and team mates. I'm afraid he just doesn't give that. I was more comfortable with the likes of Gough, Weir and Gary Ablett than this feller. When supporters don't have confidence in a centre half they get edgy which effecfs the team. Re- John Stones

Gough and Weir were both great but dont forget they both came to Everton very late with a lot of experience, the type of experience Mori is trying to learn right now. I think our problem is we have to start him everyweek right now, when really we should be using him as a third choice, something I think he would be ideal for.
