Tim vickery says he is too slow, small and technically not good enough! Can't wait to see him.

The next player Vickery went on to talk about when he did that radio interview was Eder Alvarez Balanta basically describing him as a defender who has everything and a superstar in waiting... the same Eder Alvarez Balanta that Funes Mori is picked ahead of every week! There is the question of suitability and adaptability to the Prem rather than the Argentinian league, but I doubt someone allegedly that bad would consistently be keeping someone allegedly that good out of the team.

Let's hope so and not the same scenario as picking McGeady ahead of Del...

Chance of being a cult hero. Bigger chance of being too limited to be an asset in our team given how we play, because every report suggests he's not good on the ball and he's quite slow.

But that said, I've literally never seen him play, never heard of him and therefore the previous sentence I just typed is absolute, obvious tosh, but I'm too lazy to delete it.

He's good on the ball mate, from the game i watched. He can pick out a pass for sure.

He isn't blistering, but i think he's actually not that slow, over 5-10 yards his legs are so long that whatever mistakes he makes he makes up for quite quickly.

He sounds from what I gather like a slightly more aerially able not quite as quick Jags.

Hmm, from what i saw a bit like jags i guess.

But he seemed to be more of a sweeper, which would suit jags style, he likes the other defender to go for the ball first, and he'll clear up more mistakes.

But he's better on the ball than jags, and taller.

And has a better tan
better hair style as well...
