Performance at my occupational medical exam was below last year in the audiogram test. Doc said there was "some wax" but what I found and removed with that device was absolutely shocking. Could have made it all up into a medium sized yankee candle gift set in the end.

That's the one. Beeps get quieter and quieter through various frequencies. You can cheat and just keep pressing the button, but he got on to me doing that once. B@stards trying to take our living off us.
