Happy with the players, not happy with the timing. Would have preferred them bedded in ready for the season rather than needing to get up to speed.

How can you rate it at this stage? Way too early to say, and many are swayed by the spate of late signings.

I gave it an 8-9 based mostly, for now, on the fact that needs in certain positions were addressed. If the new boys all come through, it'll be a 10 from me.

We obviously won't really know for a while, but it's a very exciting & promising window....because of previous shambolic windows we've had to address alot of areas at once which isn't ideal, but we seem to have done alot here in a short time....

Really optimistic too that we'll now get alot more from Tosun & Sigurdsson as they have better players around them

Just a bit sceptical of Zouma to be honest, Stoke fans seem to think he's average and his injury took a good bit of pace off of him. That said, there's not much better we could have gotten, so realistically I think we've got to be satisfied with him and Mina. Bernard looks absolutely boss in videos but we'll see how he adapts to the league. Gomes has been poor recently but I've got a warm feeling about him getting back to his best under Marco. Digne's a proven quantity and Richarlison is a huge talent. If these all pan out it could be a wonderful set of deals.

Only real complaint is the timing, it's a shame that we won't have all of these playing and fit for at least another month or two. Especially the ones that haven't had preseasons like Bernard and Gomes, remember how long it took Sigurdsson to do anything last season?

All things considered it's a strong 7 to a light 8 from me on this one, which is high considering the last time I was properly pleased with a window was probably in Martinez' first season after nabbing Rom, Macca and Gaz Baz on deadline day.

It is a good solid 7 or 8 (I went for an 8 as I think we have done better than most clubs). Can't see how anyone would have put less than that to be honest. We have filled in positions we desperately needed with just about the best kind of players we can attract at the moment. In my book to select 10 we would have needed to see proven world class players arrive.

Still hoping for exits for Sandro/Bolasie/Besic and maybe a loan move for Dowell just to put the cherry on top.

I still l can't quite believe how many boxes we've ticked. Mosh/Brands/Silva have exceeded our realistic expectations.

Shipped out a LOT of deadwood players
Brought in exciting new players
Lowered aged of squad
Added pace

People may have wanted another striker, but let's be realistic, we only got Tosun in January. It's unlikely that we'd add a new striker in consecutive windows.

No excuses now. We've been given the ammo to really close the gap and push for a CL place. That has to be the aim.

2 from last summer: Pickford, Sig
1 stalwart, which we all agree would be the one we want to have in the team!
