Another two out of door. Club bosses said Ilsanker could only leave if defensive reinforcement is brought in - sign of someone like Koch coming in?

One attacker gone too with Matheus Cunha to Hertha. Talented boy but really didn't take the chances he was given, best of luck.



 

RBL linked with a loan move for Man City's Angelino but that still leaves them shallow in the middle.

Sporting Director Markus Krosche said to Sky earlier: "Something will definitely happen. There are details to clarify." (Not aimed at any target in particular)
 
Just a reminder top of the table clash between RBL and Gladbach is live on BT Sport 2 from 5.15pm. Will we see Dani Olmo? I suspect only on the bench if that. He’ll be physically fit but Nagelsmann gives the players lots to learn so takes awhile.

Will be a tough game considering how well Gladbach have been under Rose but RBL are unbeaten in the 7 previous meetings (5W / 2D)

Overall it was a decent January window but think they missed a trick not bringing in central cover. They’re basically praying Konate comes back with no issues in the next few weeks. Currently only have 1 fit centre half.
 
Well Bayern have gone top presently and Dortmund won again so very tight at the top. RBL need to win to regain top spot and would slip to third with a defeat.

Good team goal but no idea what Upa was thinking sliding in on the wing. Tense opening to the game but not an unjust score line.

Time to see if the youngsters have what it takes to handle the pressure of being title contenders.
