Five Star Travel have been doing Everton trips for years - usually great crowd with no idiots; mostly 30+ but all ages welcome as long as they aren't arseholes.

2,000 tops for me.

I think you're right. Despite being bang in the middle of Europe, it's a quite difficult place to get to whereas, Lille was accesible by car, by Eurostar, by plane to Paris or Brussels for example. Wolfsburg was accessible from all over the UK via plane to Hanover, Berlin, Bremen, Dusseldorf, and i know a few who drove, upon arrival it was pleasantly cheap, and the incentive of our first European games were on display.
With Switzerland and Young Boys, we find that it's peak in ski season, so hotels are expensive, flights are expensive and is an additional 755km and 781km each way from Lille and Wolfsburg respectively, add that to the £6 a pint, and the fact we're playing megagash, and it's a hugely uninspiring trip, whereas something like Inter i believe would have drew a close 10,000.

Anyone who wants an away end ticket will get one, this will go to General easy.
And only EFC know how many tickets we got but will they tell us so we can make other arrangements ? Will they feck, such arrogance expecting that we will snap them up whenever they decide to release them.

add that to the £6 a pint

again...there is no such thing as a £6 Pint in Bern.

it's funny to hear that everything in switzerland is overpriced but everytime we play in europa league the away fans head straight to the most expensive pubs and bars.

i will post a small guide for you guys later.

i hope you will travel in large numbers. the place is worth visiting (unlike wolfsburg)

here's a sneak peek

It was 7 euro a pint on that square in Lille.

This will just be our hard core support, so the 3k mark sounds about right.

The drop offs will he mainly the gloryhunters that were expecting miracles from Bobby.

Our support was major before he and moyes rocked up to our gaff, we will take an army over to Bern, more than any other English club ever has

Would say generally speaking it is an expensive trip, hotels, air fares and coming at this time of the year when people are still counting the cost of Xmas. We were at least 6,000 in Lille, similar in Wolfsburg but doubt we will get more than 3,000
to Bern. I note from your web site that an entire end of the stadium has been allocated to away fans, can you tell us how mans seats that is ? Appreciate all your efforts.

P.S. How do yo get from the Metrople Hotel to the stadium ? Taxi/tram/bus
