thats how the supersaver thing works. the regular ticket works for every train you want. you also don't have to make a reservation. the trains run several times an hour. there are allways enough seats.

40 minutes? do you have fast shoes? this might easily go wrong.
There is another train 70 mins later I might just buy a supersaver for that one or just get a regular one I can use anytime, thanks for the info.

i just tried that and it worked. it's the same train after all.

but a ticket from geneva to the airport would'nt hurt you that much.[/QUOTE

Its only 3chf from Geneva to the airport but it doesn't do supersavers to the airport only the city centre, so 25chf if your lucky enough to get a half price ticket +3chf is that right mate! Its quoting 55chf from Bern to Geneva Airport no Supersavers!

Monchengladbach will be very similar to Newcastle in that they are a one club city. Just had a quick look and they have a population of around 255,000. The German clubs have big followings, but unlike the English, they have a much more respectable pricing structure meaning that they spend far less on match tickets.

Something that did surprise me was that they took 8,000+ to Rome. very impressive, and I also saw that some of their fans were stabbed. I wonder why the German's aren't put off by Rome like the English fans are? Are we treated far worse over there or not? Doubt any English club would take 8,000+ to Rome these days unless it was a Semi Final.

We view our support through blue tinted specs, all english fans do.

all fans do

Other countries are as good if not better supported.

yes they are. but for the lower leagues english fans are the best. and for the premier league...you are all seated against your will, can't drink a beer while watching the game and the prices for a game is so high the average worker can't afford it. there is not much noise to expect. i used to like the english support, but nowadays every stand is singing the same old songs 2-3 times a game...it's boring and without passion.

sorry guys, the old days are over

but your numbers are great of course.
