That's what I'd go with.Howard
Coleman
Jagielka
Stones
Garbutt
Barry
Besic
Atsu
Barkley
Mirallas
Lukaku
Is my guess.
Gutted mate. Atsu will have to do.Cant. As far as Europa is concerned he's still a Spur. And since he is not, then he won't be playing in the cup
That Duffus is nipping at the ankles isn't he. Martinez must see something in him.Travelling squad: Howard, Robles, Griffiths, Alcaraz, Browning, C.Duffus, Coleman, Gibson, Jagielka, Stones, Lukaku, Naismith, Oviedo, Mirallas, McCarthy, Garbutt, Barkley, Besic, Barry, Atsu.
Liked the look of him whenever ive seen the youth sides, Powerfully built, fast tooThat Duffus is nipping at the ankles isn't he. Martinez must see something in him.
Erm....
You guys selecting Besic over McCarthy ???
I'm guessing...well Hoping you just forgot about him!!
We can't simply play our first choice players in each of the next five games. To get the best possible return, we'll have to spread the load across the whole squad. Barry is suspended for 1 PL game, and I assume Lennon isn't registered for the Europa League.
There is an almost infinite number of variations, but - trying to play people in their natural positions - we could start something like this;
Young Boys; Robles/Coleman Jagielka Stones Oviedo/Barry McCarthy/Mirallas Barkley McGeady/Kone
Leicester; Howard/Coleman Jagielka Stones Baines/Besic McCarthy/Mirallas Naismith Lennon/Lukaku
Regular players like Coleman, Jagielka and McCarthy will benefit from a rest too. The team for the return match with Young Boys will depend upon the score in the first leg. We can rest some players in the Arsenal game and turn out our best available team against Stoke.
Not at all. Using my brain suggests he's a delicate flower at the moment.
He'll be saved for the weekend I think.
