Think he'd be cheap, can play across the frontline and even from seeing him in glimpses at Fulham he's definitely got something. Not the quickest but I reckon he could work well with Coleman on the right, cutting in on his left. Giving him the option to shoot, thread a through ball or play Coleman in on the overlap.

So no, not just because of the World Cup.

Seeing in glimpses is key, there, I think. Lots of players look great in glimpses (Bilyaletdinov, for example). Watch him a few times for 90 minutes or ask Fulham fans and they'll tell you the same as me - great on his day and very talented but hardly ever performs. In my opinion of course.

Fair point mate, not being flippant just have always liked the glimpses I've seen of him as you say. Unfortunately I'm yet to meet a single Fulham fan in my life so far aha. I just really think we could do with a creative, cute footballer to play as our number ten on occasion when Barkley's barnstorming style isn't working,

He has a contract with Juve until 2018, so I can't see him coming cheap.

What type of player is he? Defensive/attacking/creative/pacey?

Transfermarkt has him down as primarily being a left winger, is that right? He has played in Europe this year as well, so would not be available for our European games.
