All you can say at the moment is that we are still deep in the mix.
Would expect this struggle to go to the wire, especially for the current bottom five. In terms of quality a cigarette paper couldn’t separate them.
It is a fascinating battle though , good times abound.

Let's not think Bournemouth are out of it. They've given themselves every chance but can just as easily lose two or three games running.

Burnley got some results last year including beating us but couldn't keep it going.

If we need something on the final day, and I think we will, we've got to bank on beating them. As we do Fulham next.

Think we also have to avoid defeat against Leicester and take a point vs Palace. The Leicester game is shaping up as a pivotal six pointer. But they are all important.

Always going to be the case after we took too long to sack Lampard and basically handed a new manager a pretty tough set of fixtures whilst also sacrificing winnable games v soton/wolves/west ham.

If dyche gets the job earlier then we get are near enough clear by now. We are where we are and last 8 games will all be excruciating.

….realistically, two results went against us today (W Ham & Wolves), whilst two went for us (Forest & Soton). The Leicester/Bournemouth game was a no-win.

I’ve gone beyond wondering who plays, I’ve gone beyond being for or against individuals. We just need to pick up points.

The most important player against Fulham is YOU. The positive influence of the crowd is vital.

Ultimately I refuse to believe that Dyche will oversee an Everton collapse.

We've come to the end of that run of games starting with Chelsea and though we only got two points we are still well in contention to stay above the bottom three - who look catastrophic at the moment - and that's because of the fortnight of pretty much terrible results for our rivals down there.

I see no worse than 10 points in the last 8 games tbh. And that will be enough certainly to keep S'ton and Forest at bay and probably Leicester.

Talk is cheap though. We need to get out there and grab those points next week against Fulham.

IF Cooper is Sacked they're down Regardless, I don't see them getting the manager bounce with the fixture list they have.

If I'm forest, I Stick with Cooper, he might get something in these last few games out of the players.
Also he gets them out of the championship and back up too.

I think we will go down. Thought it since December. We just don’t score enough goals. You can’t rely on a Coleman fluke, or a 30 yard wonder strike from your centre back every match. There just aren’t enough goals in the team to win us games.

can also not forget that the last window we weakened the squad and have gone into this relation battle without what guy could call a striker . If we’d had one of them we’d probably be on the beach now .

We could do with Palace winning tomorrow, but I see Leeds getting three points and a bit away from us.

Next week we need to see not only an Everton win but also 'likely' defeats for B'mouth (away at Spurs), Leicester (away at City), West Ham (home against Arsenal), Forest (home to United).

We cant afford to lose touch with a group of clubs beginning to get 3+ points ahead. S'ton and Forest look dead, but Leicester can maybe rally.
