Beating Newcastle is suddenly looking a lot more daunting now given the form they are in. It may be that an away win is needed as well as 6 points v Fulham and Bournemouth at home. The way Leicester are imploding that could be the place to get it.
I’ve written off 3 of the next 6 - Newcastle, City, Brighton - and 2 of those are at home which isn’t great

Not sure where Newcastle have suddenly got this form from but it’s bad news for us.

I’d say we are 80% down if we don’t beat Fulham

This is far too negative mate.

Brentford were unbeaten in about 12 games and we beat them, Arsenal were told and we beat them.

We can win our home games. We also have the chance to win away games.

I think the opposite is true, if we win against Fulham, we are close to safety.

A friend of mine told me not to judge a whole city on the basis of a football team.

.... but when Man United's supporters act as if their city is so important, and all others are irrelevant, I won't keep quiet.

Manchester is a dump, it's full of arrogants, not welcoming at all and have an Oasis obsession, they can go f-off especially their Factory Records fixation.
Have you been to an early barbeque?

We could do with Palace winning tomorrow, but I see Leeds getting three points and a bit away from us.
Think it would be better if Leeds win. Palace's goal difference can be overturned whereas Leeds' is a lot better. We also have to play Palace meaning we can impact their chance of staying up and again their goal difference.

Next week we need to see not only an Everton win but also 'likely' defeats for B'mouth (away at Spurs), Leicester (away at City), West Ham (home against Arsenal), Forest (home to United).

We cant afford to lose touch with a group of clubs beginning to get 3+ points ahead. S'ton and Forest look dead, but Leicester can maybe rally.

I think we need 3, or maybe 4 teams slipping, even if it means others go forward. I agree with Palace winning. If they get some form and beat our rivals, that works for me.

For the sake of balance how would you estimate our chances if we drew with Fulham ?

Fortunately there are 3 teams worse than us so I wouldn't go that far. But it's now almost a must win game.

just think we'll have enough.

it's not a bad run-in.

had to walk several times around the block.

yes, i buried my nose into some regulars but i've smelt worse.

Just looking at Leicester’s results yes the results have been dreadful, but they’ve only been losing by 1 goal apart from the 3-1 to Chelsea. They’ve not been conceding a huge amount either.

Suggests there may be something for the new manager to work with with some adjustments.

It's potentially a very low points total going into the final day though if it isn't three points v Fulham.

Would much rather be on 35/36 points and then opportunity is just there to play convenient draw v Bournemouth if that is what they need.

Not beating Fulham puts huge pressure on the away draws and suddenly draws may not be enough in a couple of them.
