Leicester winless in 9, 8 losses and 1 draw

Nottingham Forest winless in 10, 7 losses 3 draws

Everton winless in 4, 2 draws 2 losses. If you count back 10 games it reads 2 wins, 5 losses, 3 draws

Now why is it that one of these teams, the team with the better record is suddenly not going to get another point this season, but the teams who are struggling to even draw a game home or away are nailed on for a few good wins in their remaining games?

There’s a reason Leicester Forest and Leeds are down with us it’s because they’re also just as bad as we are so stop pretending as though we’re the only team in the league who are going to struggle with the remaining fixtures.

We’re just as capable of an unlikely win in one of these fixtures as they are. In fact looking at the recent form we’re perhaps more likely to than they are.

If we hit the levels we saw under Dyche against Arsenal Leeds Brentford Spurs Chelsea more often than not in these remaining 7 games then we stay up in my view. If we play like we did against Fulham for 7 games we’ll go down.

Leicester will deffo beat a basically safe Wolves Saturday, you just know they’re due a result. I think it’s between us, Leeds and Leicester for the third spot and any human who used their eyeballs to watch us yesterday knows we are a dog of a team. I have us as third favourite to go down unless there’s something big changes, eg DCL comes back firing.

I think most of us are waiting to see what Leicester do against Wolves. Any hint of them getting a new manager bounce is bad news for us given they've got some decent players and not the worst fixtures.

With Newcastle and City being really difficult games I think we are going to need away wins, but I just can't see this squad doing enough to get 3 points on the road. Any away win would be built on a solid defence and we look absolutely all over in the place right now.

Every time Fulham wanted to get behind us they did yesterday, it was terrifying. Every time we played the ball in their half they swarmed us so we ended up chipping balls to a tiny Maupay, it was painful.

I’ve read a lot of people on here talking about the Leicester away game being a must not lose, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we are win or bust at that stage. End of the day we are halfway through April and we have won SIX matches.

I got told yesterday that Palace Goodison game is the only time this season we have scored more than one at home. We scored 12.5% of our goals all season in that game, but our wonderful board and DOF felt we had enough firepower in the last two window, it is insane.

The state of us our last 2 games has brought the dread back

Knowing us we'll go on a really crap run, playing some dreadful football. Then after relegation is confirmed, beat Man City playing great stuff, just when the pressures off. The Everton way.

You could be right about that Leicester game, mate. They've been absolutely shocking all season but if they get that new manager bounce against Wolves and Leeds then we are really struggling.

At best I see a point against Palace but definitely not 3. They'll be wanting to all but confirm survival on Saturday and they won't get an easier chance to do it than against us at home. Not liking the fact Newcastle come to Goodison with top 4 in their sights either. Two fixtures against sides hungry for 3 points isn't what you want at this stage of the season.

Not seeing that against city. Honestly think they will properly fillet us. Haaland with the bit between his teeth from the last game where we wound him up too.

They are ruthless this time of season. You can make an argument for us getting 3 points against Newcastle but that City game is going to be a long afternoon.
