This team just doesnt turn up at away games and win. They are easily intimidated by away crowds, by the biased refereee, they wilt against any physical teams, they have zero character. And we expect them to go to a possible bear pit ( ive never been to leicester though) away and win?!
They did last season.

We have missed Doucoure massively. His suspension has happened at the wrong time.

Not having Coleman, Onana, doucoure yesterday just showed up the lack of backup we have. It’s going to be tough to stay up with everyone fit, near impossible with that 11 from yesterday.

Felt worse than Burnley away for sure there, I wouldn’t be surprised if forest beat a depleted United today as well.

Momentum is huge in football and feels we have hit a bad patch at the wrong time.
When was the good patch? 🤣

I’d take knowing we have to beat Bournemouth’s to guarantee survival now tbf. I reckon Bournemouth would be on the beach by then and we’d have enough…

My problem is finding us a route that gets us to the stage where aren’t relying on other results on the last day.

No one is paying 500m for us in the championship. We have half a stadium and unsustainable losses that need funding.

I dunno about that,. The Championship label won't stop us being an asset and probably make us more attractive to swoop in. Being in the premiership doesn't automatically make us a £1billion club either. It's all down to what price Mosh asks.

The stadium is the asset. I could see Mosh selling up to some dodgy yank consortium for £500mill which will include finishing the stadium off. They'll no doubt sell the stadium for double dishing out a percentage back to Mosh...and we'll be "renting" the stadium going forward.

Mosh is never going to make his money back unless he still sees it as a vanity project. Make no mistake, we get relegated there will be buyers queuing up to pick the bones off the corpse.

Think people are getting a little too sucked into the 'Leicester (A) is must-win' - scares me a bit really, as the Evertonian panic will be through the roof when they beat us (Monday night, the atmosphere will be absolutely rocking and we'll crumble hard)

The obvious parallel will be to the Burnley game we lost last year (which I believe was also a late mid week kick off at their ground) - but crucially, we did still stay up in the end. Plenty of points still to be played for.

Leeds certainly aren't out the mire either.

I fear that even an already on holiday Bournemouth would have enough about them to limit us to a single goal at most, which would likely mean no three points for us and relegation. We should be playing like our lives depend on it - like the players' career depends on it, which they absolutely do but you wouldn't guess it if you watch the games.

I think we'll need 5 points from Newcastle/Wolves/Palace games to stay up and I am not confident at all.

Not a chance we win a away game the rest of this season imo, just dont know how it would be possible

Few draws at best and have to beat newcastle and bourmouth and hope its enough

Other than the land value the stadium only has value if it is being used. For a 50k+ seater stadium, the only way the stadium has any value is if the stadium owners have a football club as a tenant. RS is not going to use it and therefore the only tenant available (if the stadium was sold) is Everton. There is no double your money profit to be made on the stadium. If Mosh was to sell it for say, 500m, the annual ROI would be an absolute minimum of 5% which would make the annual rent to EFC for use of the stadium 25m. That business model just doesn't stack up for EFC as they would have little or no match day revenue as a result. The biggest risk to EFC is if Mosh signs a long contract to rent the stadium as part of the sale e.g. 50 years. That way any potential investor would get their money back and Mosh would get 500m but it would leave EFC high and dry. The fans, the PL, and any other person with an interest in football simply can't let that happen. It would be so so so wrong

Fulham were already on holiday and look how that went…

Bournemouth final day could go either way. They could be safe and barely lift a leg. However everyone assumed Fulham would be like that but they altered the formation in final third and played with great freedom and expression and cruised to victory.

Bournemouth also have loads of pace in the final third so having to gamble and push players forward dosen't seem like a great match up to me.

Bones and corpse is right and that's why I think it'll need to be priced accordingly. We're only attractive at a lowish price. Our biggest asset is a building site that we're struggling to fund.
