This won't happen, predictions like this never go the way you think they will but kudos for being so positive it's really uplifting!
What is positive about the position we are in? We are where we are for a reason, we are a really really poor football team, some on here really believe the team is far better than what it is.....

Leicester concern me, as they have quality talent in the team - the only thing with that is that i think the majority of that quality have an eye on a move and may be not that focussed on the job in hand, also their risk balance in general play is way off and they have poor keepers - if Smith can get to grips with that balance and get focus they have a very good chance of picking up results IMO.
From Christmas on I was saying that Leicester will click eventually...but it never really happened.

The same players are there that have failed to win a game for 2.5 months.

Can the new manager do anything different with them? Maybe. This game with Wolves tomorrow will be the acid test. If they dont win that then they have a massive problem on their hands.

I still believe Leicester rather than Leeds will be the one we have to focus on even though the latter have been terrible in the last two games.

If we went into the championship, which I don't think will happen, would we be the biggest club to be relegated from the top division in the modern premier league era?

I've been looking at recent prem clubs who went down and had some had success in the prem era , some have come back up

Aston Villa
Newcastle
Leeds
Norwich
Stoke
Watford
Swansea (2013 league Cup winners)
Portsmouth (2008 fa cup winners)
Wigan (2013 fa cup winners)
Southampton
WBA
Wolves
West ham
Sheff wed

Only villa and Newcastle have a case with us?

Are they in some sort of order or just as you thought of them?
We would be the biggest I think, you could make an argument for Villa.
I would say Villa are the biggest out of that group in terms of honors, Football League First Division seven times, the FA Cup seven times, the League Cup five times, and the European Cup and European (UEFA) Super Cup once.
Newcastle, Leeds and West Ham are well supported clubs, but a bit light in terms of actual honors.

Team is crap i am just hopefull than next week will have coleman and dacoure back. Be good to have some more depth in the team, every game you look at other teams subs and is so much better than us. Just have to push this team till the end and get us safe

Neither Leicester or Leeds will go down without fighting I'm absolutely sure of that. I think we still need 4 wins. Forest I don't see getting more than 7 - 8 points but I doubt they will even get that

im sure they will both fight but i am also just as confident that if they both failed to score the first goal, the players heads will go down and they will simply down tools and won't bother fighting to mount a comeback

everton fit into that category as well especially after that fulham game

Its not just a new manager though. Simply removing BR will be a big positive for Leicester and the addition of JT will help their defense, but also, Tielemans missed 6 games during their bad run and they lost all 6, he is back from injury.

Will stop him moving permanently, but a loan with us subsidising 60% of his wages sounds likely.
Maybe, but his wages are often quoted as being around £100,000 per wee, if true which small foreign club, he won’t be wanted by any big club, would sign him if they had to pay him £60,000 a week?

No denying the team is below standard no denial from me, but like you say we are where we are all we can do is get behind the team and play our part. What will be will be!!
