Bournemouth definitely back in it now, we need to beat Newcastle

Im clutching at every single straw right now. 5 points is a big ask for this team right now. But one thing we have to get to is at least have them in striking distance if it goes to the last game and we have them.

Straws to clutch is all i have left.

The one positive from this result is Bournemouth will still be desperate to beat Southampton and Leeds to confirm their safety.

But it’s really not great that West Ham are now one win from being clear. They could be playing in first gear against Leeds and Leicester.

They are playing the RS next and probably (hopefully) lose so will need to fight hard. Then they are away to palace and UTD
In fact west ham have 4 very tough games coming up

Not sure how you work that out….regardless of remaining fixtures, West Ham started the day on 31 points, Bournemouth on 33. A West Ham win means we are 5 points adrift of the bottom of those teams, a Bournemouth win would have meant we would have been 3 points adrift. Whether we believed West Ham to be in the running they are the numbers.
Yes, but WHU were already out of it on 31 points and a game in hand to come. I'm making the point that there's also an upsixde to keeping B'mouth honest in the next couple of games against S'ton and especially Leeds...they wont want to face their fans again and not redress this embarrassing collapse. Im just glad it didn't come against Leeds.

Maybe if you shut up and stop saying we are easily staying up we might actually do it.

Instead you are monkey pawing the whole season.
I';ve never said that. I;ve been saying if this happens and that happens we'll survive. That's not saying we'll easily survive.
