The worry for me is that Southampton have got them at home on Saturday. 3 points for the Saints and they could be right back in with a chance.

I think there is a very small chance that Bournemouth can be caught but it'd mean them getting only 1 win in their next 5 games or less than that and we'd have to get 5 points before we play them. Would have us on 33, them 36 going in to the last day. Unlikely but not an impossible scenario.

Then Tuesday will likely give an indication of whether Leeds or Leicester will stay in the battle. With us going to Leicester away, it gives us a chance of keeping Leicester within reach though. Expect us to lose but again, not impossible for us to get a win.

I think we got relegated when our incompetent director of football sold Richarlison, did not have a suitable replacement lined up, nor found a suitable player fill DCL absence. He then allowed us to enter as season with Gray Gordon McNeil and Iwobi as our goal threats.

Lampard was dreadful and should have went earlier, but if even with him we wouldn’t have been anywhere near this situation. The lack of goals and threat have seen us off

In my permutations regards our results between now and the seasons end I've always had us beating Bournemouth. Looks like theve already got their flip flops on for the beach already. Wolves and Leicester are our cup finals.
