A Leeds win tonight would be the least welcome result for me. It's a bit much of a muchness, but my worry is that we lose to Leicester then, and of the three clubs, that's us without points in that triangle.

Of course there are other games, and we really have to take three points of our own on Thursday first.
If Leeds win and we lose to Leicester then it really is goodnight from us. It would be a monumental mountain to climb and we would be totally reliant on one of those clubs not winning again this season.

I'm not confident of a win this Thursday either.

Tonights game you can look at it anyway you want. People saying a draw is best may be right, but that is only if we take advantage of it, if its a draw and we dont its a point further away for both. If Leeds win considering people say they have harder games left giving us a better chance which means nothing as a surprise result can happen for others - that wont help. while people say A Leicester win may help us but again it may not if they win then beat us, as with Leeds as bad as they are they can easily score goals to win a game at any time - it could turn into a bad week by this time next week or it could look a lot better

I wouldn't write off the Newcastle game as some appear to be. Crystal Palace were full steam into a new manager bounce until suddenly they weren't when the final whistle blew against us.
No they weren’t, they were pretty average and looked like a team that were looking towards the summer.

We couldn’t smell the blood and take our opportunity. We are running out of games at an alarming rate, we simply need to capitalise on these opportunities

Everyone is a good team until we get points from them and then they’re crap apparently and Everton should have capitalised and beat them on their own patch.
Yes, we should. They are not a good team, hence why they were in free fall until they sacked Viera, yes they did look like they were on their holidays, and yes we did not make one change to try and capitalise.

Mad the way you can’t quote me, but quote others and reference a point I made.

The Leeds Leicester game is good and bad any which way it goes, forest game is the key one
Everyone auto seems to be writing off Forest v Brighton and just forgetting about them, but they were very unlucky not to take at least a point at Liverpool - but they could pull of a win no one thinks as Brighton could be on a downer

There's clearly a hierarchy of preferred outcomes to this game tonight. I think we all know what it is.

Best outcome - Leicester win. 4th loss in a row for Leeds with two tough away games to come. We can get past them in our next three fixtures and the pressure piles onto them with 3 games left.
