I'm satisfied with the draw, a Leeds win would have been difficult on us.

But there is a school of thought that says a Leicester win might in the long run have been more beneficial, that is if you believe Leicester given its schedule may win a few games and get clear. So if we assume Forest and Southampton are going down, it may be easier to catch Leeds if they had gotten no points from this fixture given their tough run of games at the end, we might now have an extra point to overcome to get ahead of Leeds (as opposed to if they had lost) assuming Leicester goes clear.

However, this is all conjecture, no one knows how it will play out. I agree, just go win our games and take care of our own business, that's really the most important thing. I just continue to worry about our lacking of goal scoring and if that will prevent us from getting over the line.
The more teams that remain realistically catchable, the better. That’s my basic view.

Home games are the big chance. Always were, always are.

We have a tougher game in which to get three points than Leeds last night, but "if" we do take them, that's a massive blow struck in our favour.

A point would not be a disaster either but they really need to start doing this for themselves, and us, now.

I think the impact Doucoure has had since Dyche came in is really underestimated and I knew his suspension would hit us hard. For me, he’s just as important in system as DCL is.

Having both these back will make a huge difference and Everton side is actually a decent team when at full strength, as we seen against Arsenal.

If they both play the rest of the season I think we’ll have enough and even though we’ve put ourselves in a difficult, pressurised situation the team were putting out now is too good to go down and better than the teams around us.

They are more than capable of beating Newcastle at home or picking up results on the road now that they know they must.

Still see us getting 34 realistically. That point apiece for Leeds and Leicester will have helped them if 34 is our baseline figure.

So tonight we have Forest in a facing Brighton. I honestly don't see Forest (and I hope they don't) getting anything from this game. Then tomorrow we have that big game against Newcastle where I would love even a point from that and hopefully Bournemouth can beat Southampton too.
