You could really say the same with us...On what planet is it probable that Saints beat Bournemouth?
Saints two wins in 12.
Bournemouth five wins in 10.
I mean they may well win but let's not talk rubbish eh.
More so if bournemouth is safe on the last day. If not it could be tight. They play spurs on the final day of the season and we play Bournemouth at home
As long as we are above Leeds going into that final game then we should be fine
I know who I would rather play going into the final game
Harry Kane and son or Dominic solanke and Outarra
Hmmmm
Unless we start winning it doesn't matter what the other teams doWE STILL HAVE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE RESULTS FOR IT TO EVEN MATTER !!
Absolutely spot on.Absolutely.
Thinking about it, if we lost against Newcastle but won against Leicester - with Leeds losing their next game v B'mouth - that would place us ahead of both on points with 4 games remaining and all three teams facing roughly the same type of run in with no real advantage.
In that sense we have two bites of the cherry here to get where we need to be with 4 games left.
Yes it was poorly stated, I admit, so I'll rephraseThe incorrect nature of this comment sums up why it was a bad result
We were in that position before tonight's game.I think if we get beat in every game now we are down for sure

But we beat a team that has lost less than both City and Toon. Anything is possible.A team that has lost as many as City in the league. No problem
Unless we are certain one of the teams is going to go on a winning run of 3 games to pull themselves clear the draw is always the best result as it reduces a potential 3pts into 2ptsA draw isn’t ideal as we now need to win on Thursday to get out of the bottom three. Need a point just to keep pace. Another game gone.
Haha yeah opening day of the seasonWe were in that position before tonight's game.
Pt. 2It looks like we will need 4 points from Newcastle/Leicester. Then assuming zero return from Brighton/Man City, we will need 4 points from Wolves/Bournemouth to take us to the magic 36 which should be enough to stay up. Possibly less if others badly falter.
With Doucoure and Lewin (especially) back and hopefully Coleman and Onana as well, we should have enough to get these 8 points. I think we will do it. Then the campaign must resume to ensure that this is never allowed to happen again.
