Just to confirm as well, people saying we'll lose a generation of fans etc.

My son is 14.

He's known nothing but failure
He's known nothing but absolute [Poor language removed]
He's known nothing but a failed board
He's known nothing but a disgraceful squad
He knows everything about what Everton should be
He knows everything what Everton stands for

Anyone over 40, we are to blame
We let it get to this
"Only Kopites protest"
Clapping a [Poor language removed] conman who has [Poor language removed] ruined our club
Not only did he lower our expectations , he brought in another conman

We won't lose a generation, the generation below will just tell us all what a complete gang of incompetent [Poor language removed] we are because we let it happen.

Fans aged 30 ffs not seen us do anything. That's our fault fffs. How can a fan aged 30 not have seen us win [Poor language removed] all??? Their mate all celebrating 2 CL trophies or a League title or a cup or 5 and they've been given [Poor language removed] all. Absolutely [Poor language removed] all when they support Everton Football Club

Aged Over 40, we should be [Poor language removed] ashamed of ourselves for not crushing the parasites years ago. I'm ashamed of myself.

I hang my head in shame tonight, as an Evertonian and as a father to an Evertonian. He'll have more guts than me to see it right in a few years. He'll get this club back on its feet compared to me.

Sorry for the swearing mods, I know I'll get banned for it.
This song came into my head when i read your post

They know who they are.

I;m not there on that yet mate.

That's all Hallmark Card stuff to me right now.

The ones who get on my tits are those who have been talking up the rebirth of Everton in the Championship. That's the cut of them. They've all but "won" now. I hope they persoanlly are the ones who cant handle it and have the most sleepless nights, because they'll desreve it.

There’s a result in it, we’ve a chance.

We’re in for the biggest manure show in our history if we go down, I’ve had a look at - no positives to it - Armageddon.

Armageddon.

So in summary:
- Points deduction in the Championship for financial losses
- Possible forfeiture of parachute payments if found guilty of rule breaches
- No relegation clauses in most players' contracts
- Gomes and Mina still stealing a living
- Pickford, DCL, Onana and Coady off
- A stadium to complete/fund/sustain

I have never in my life been more convinced that there won't even be a club to boo in 3 years.

Christ there's no rebirth if we go down. Possibly a rebirth on the scale of forest this season at best

Hypothetical team to start the first game in the Championship.

Begovic

Patterson - Branthwaite - Tarkowski - New LB

Garner - Warrington
McNeil Mills

Cannon / Maupay - Simms

Manager - Rooney

I could genuinely see this happening especially the manager, not sure they’ll still go with Dyche if he goes down, could make me ill all the same. Branthwaite is probably gonna leave too if we’re being honest.

Also as mad as it is we could see the return of the old gang of misfits like Gbamin, Dele, Virginia and Nkonkou as well. It’ll be a bizarre season.

Dave, I have not been 'talking up the rebirth' merely accepting reality.

This team and Board are not good enough for the Premiership and that has been the case for many years.

Another year in the Premiership without drastically clearing out the dross would simply see us in the same position.

For this Club to be reborn, perhaps even to survive, requires major, ruthless surgery.

No, I have certainly not 'won' having watched this horrible decline.
