Long may it continue!they seem to be playing better under Mason at least.

I'm not sure it's assumption, just that if we don't beat them in all likelihood we go down. So if you're talking about how we survive then 3 points against Bournemouth has to be factored inWe want WHU to win that as we cannot be needing 2 more wins ourselves. I'm scared now because literally everybody is assuming we'll beat Bournemouth, yet we've been horrific at home and your cannot trust these players to perform under pressure.
6 points from the last two games is more possible, could look pretty grim by then thoughJust bumped in to a guy at Tesco wearing an Everton hoody. I asked him if he was as resigned to our fate as I am but he believes still “6 points from the next two games” . I’m guessing that, as an older gent, he can draw optimism from our history.
I felt a little better from our brief chat at least.
It’s not the Everton way at all. Last 2 times we needed points on the last day, we prevailedWe will get to the last game needing a draw at home to Bournemouth, and get beat about 3 0...It's the Everton way...
Exactly. It ain’t over until it’s over! It’s not the Everton way at all. Last 2 times we needed points on the last day, we prevailed
Sure, I get that, but I really hope people aren't just expecting it! They've battered us twice already this season and actually look like a decent team now, whereas in November when they smashed us they looked crap versus everybody else, hence having just sacked their manager. We could likely have a 50/50 chance to survive with 1 point from Brighton, 3 from Wolves and 1 from Bournemouth... maybe. We absolutely should not be fearing an already-safe Wolves who have nothing whatsoever to play for.I'm not sure it's assumption, just that if we don't beat them in all likelihood we go down. Defo not going down, but with the next two games being city the man utd, hopefully a good chance they are fully focused for the Leeds game
Our relegation will come down to two things:Leeds rolls the dice. Let's see if we regret that or not.

Not sure anyone is assuming we’ll beat Bournemouth but I think we’re accepting that the absolute best case scenario now is going into that game knowing a win keeps us up. Absolutely not guaranteed we’d get it but right now you’d take the situation where we control our destiny at that point. We want WHU to win that as we cannot be needing 2 more wins ourselves. Sounds more like dementia has kicked in. Two wins are possible but they will come from the last two games rather than the next two. The challenge Dyche will have is keeping the motivation after the next two games to close the season off with 6 points from two winnable gamesJust bumped in to a guy at Tesco wearing an Everton hoody.
