The Fulham loss at Liverpool might work well for us. It’s been a few games without a win now for them, they’ll want to correct that at home against Leicester. Will hopefully remove any ‘on the beach’ complacency there might have been about being safe but who knows

...and Liverpool and Newcastle are defo going for it.

IMO if Leicester get nothing at Fulham they are in a last day fight for survival.

Away at West Ham to a Moyes team strong at home who may need points themselves to make sure. Their fans will be feeling just as nervous as ours right now no question.

Ignore - it’s at home, just checked

Also, the more mundane fact that it's their last game of the season and its at home.

What team wants to sign off with a loss at home? Away from home they may have soft peddled.

EDIT: Oh yeah, at home for Leicester.

I suppose they could soft peddle then!

Overall though if they dont get anything from Fulham the nerves last game will be enormous.

We need them in that spot and I think they will be.

This is all getting finalised last day.

If Forest dont beat S'ton or Leicester dont win against Fulham they're going into the final day with us and Leeds.

It's all about who needs a draw or a win on that day, and also GD.

An unexpected win for us along the way will be huge for any of those 4 teams.

Forest is key at the weekend.

Forest v S'ton. That is their last game to get a point in. No question about it looking at that run in. If they lose or draw that they are down.

Leeds - they have chances for points in the last 2 games, but I think they'll be well beaten in the next 2 games. If we can get above them before their last 2 we have a great chance of staying out in front of them. 1 point will do that.

Leicester: it's 4 points top whack for them this season. That'll possibly put them beyond our reach given they have a point on us and GD. If they just get 3 points though they're in our sights.

Everton - I'm seeing a very realistic 4 points. And if we get anything from the next two we'll have enough to get past 2 of those above.

Who knows.

Hickey is showing exactly what we missed out on - and for half the cost.

He was the latest RB off the SPL production line not the dud Everton bought.

SPL production line? I can count the number of good Scottish players on one hand.

I don’t see how a motivated Forest, even if they are crap, are a shoe in to lose to whatever the hell Chelsea are nowadays? It’s wildly optimistic to suggest forest dont have a window to 6pts and possible safety between Mon and Sat next week. Hopefully they get zero like, but I can’t find comfort in the idea that them losing to Saints kills them. I think you’d have to say they have more reason to be optimistic next two rounds than we d

Even the win v Leeds came through a mad goal from Coleman. Other than that it was petering out to be a draw.
Good point that, a mad goal v Leeds for 2 points and an amazing goal v Spurs for another point, three points this season with have stolen in the final minutes
