This is true agree but wolves look good at home need to get something next 2 imo or were done
To have any chance at all 100%. I'm not sure even 6 points will be enough
agree with both of you. Also kind of worried there’s the possibility we don’t get anything from the last 4. If anything, I just want us to have a chance on the last day.

We always knew this though…..he left Liverpool under a political cloud, he was incredibly political in his time at Newcastle turning an already disenfranchised fan base further against the toxic ownership of Ashley….he does it everywhere he goes.
Alonso left because of him and he wasn't the only one..
he has to have 100% control over everything that goes on at a club to the the point he even chooses the toilet roll brand.
and as for him ever working with a DOF, absolutely no hope.

His head is so far up his own ass, you can just imagine the fume he must of been hiding when 'Mourinho' stole the 'Special one' tag before him.

Ones man's "on the beach" is another man's "playing without pressure"
Seen this before. Suddenly a team is clear of relegation and they start playing without fear. Then there's the money involved for finishing as high as possible.

The Wolves and Bournemouth games are going to be difficult, especially Wolves as it will be their last home game and they will want to finish on a high note.

yep, agree. Have seen it plenty before where players & fans get proper up for it too knowing that they can cause the other team to go down / qualify for Europe / Win the league - especially when these teams not long ago were facing a similar fate.

I said it at the time and I sadly still believe it, Fulham was the season definer for us.

NOW I HOPE TO GOD THAT I'M PROVEN WRONG 🙏

( I couldn't care less to not be in the cool club who can say they always believed we were staying up,
I care about the club, so I Bloody want too be wrong !!!!!

But it has to start tomorrow...

I agree. It wasn’t the result, it was the total lack of desperation. That game didn’t send us down, but was the one that clear as day showed we weren’t going to be the team putting in a run of results to get clear. They were weak, out of form and we just didn’t show up with intention of win at all costs. Bizarre. Didn’t even look nervous, just toothless, directionless and crap, and then as soon as we went behind, players gave up, and that was the moment it was so obvious the Goodison crowd was just just exhausted trying to drag these knobblers out of the mud again. Tank was empty.

The draws at Forest and Palace, the defeat to Fulham , I’d also argue about Leicester , really did it for me, no wins and honestly it was a little bemusing to see some of the reactions to the draws.

It’s not fine, far from it and again people are doing the same thing about Wolves/Bournemouth like they did with Forest and in particular Fulham at home.

Still, it would not surprise me if we got a win out of the next two games. Stranger things have happened and just think the pressure we would put on other teams if we did!

Play like we did at Leicester and we can get a point from this game

TEAM NEWS

Brighton will continue to assess injury doubts Evan Ferguson and Pascal Gross but head coach Roberto De Zerbi says he won't take risks with either player.

This game may come too soon for Joel Veltman, while Adam Lallana, Jakub Moder and Jeremy Sarmiento remain out.
Everton captain Seamus Coleman is likely to miss the rest of the season after injuring his knee in Monday's 2-2 draw at Leicester.

Fellow defender Ben Godfrey is still absent with a groin issue.

Amadou Onana, who was an unused substitute in the last match after suffering from illness, has recovered and should be available to start.
