Gracia, widely seen to have been a terrible appointment at Leeds picked up 11 points from 11, Dyche has got 14 in 14.

In those 11 games the matches against current top six:

Arsenal (A)
Brighton (H)
Liverpool (H)

In Dyche’s first 14 games:

Arsenal (H)
Arsenal (A)
United (A)
Newcastle (H)
Spurs (H)
Liverpool (A)

We’ve played three games against the other relegation candidates. Gracia got four games against the bottom six clubs.

We also didn’t concede more goals in a single month since about 1832 under Dyche.

I think some people hate tempting fate by saying "We'll win", I know it bites me on the bum often enough.

Saying "We'll lose" is tempting fate the other way.

I know my RS mates love telling me we'll beat Brighton and City to escape, hoping for the complete opposite I'm sure.

I’m in the “I think we will get beat but want to be wrong” category. It’s a disgrace we are in this position again.

They do. But they ones posting we are down every time one of the bottom 6 gets a corner are a bit much do you not think. The amount of over reactive posts on here the last 6 months ain't doing any one any good. We all know we are in trouble. But we are NOT relegated yet . But to read here we have been at least 50 times a day .

Leicester not winning I think is a big result today. They won't get anything in there next 2 games after this one I feel anyway. We have to keep within striking distance of them .
Forest similar but I see them winning today but taking nothing in there next 2 after it either.
If neither of them win today its a good day. Obviously anything we get would be a big plus.

Compare Lampard’s fixtures to Dyche’s.
Lampard (12 games post Southampton win away)

United
Spurs
Newcastle
Palace (the one win)
Fulham
Leicester
Bournemouth
Wolves
City
Brighton
Southampton
West Ham

Dyche (11 games post Leeds home win)

Villa
Arsenal
Forest
Brentford (the one win)
Chelsea
Spurs
United
Fulham
Palace
Newcastle
Leicester

Inappropriate Language
I shall be oblivious of all scores tonight being buried in some probably [Poor language removed] Netflix movie. Switch over at 2210 for the scores and either delete all football recordings or watch Everton's triumph in peace and relaxation before going to bed. It's easy.

Obvs not...I could've put it clearer...it's still up for grabs even now, but a big chance to re-jig was lost and Lampard went on to squander 5(?) Games more before they woke up
You put it perfectly clearly. With 18 games to go it was DEFINITELY lost if Lampard remained in charge for the rest of the campaign. His subsequent results at TWO different clubs prove that beyond doubt.

The damage done was in not replacing him on the south coast. He burned through the next five games. It's impossible to imagine any other manager with a World Cup "pre-season" doing as abysmally as Fan-Friendly Frank. We will, in all likelihood, pay that bill in a fortnight or so.

I think we draw with Wolves and beat Bournemouth but we will need 5 points to survive. So we need a draw against Brighton or City imo.

Today is just terrifying, by far our scariest weekend. If we could somehow come out of this weekend unscathed, even if that’s defeats for all three of us, Leicester and Forest we can still flip it. Even if the other two only gain a point on us it’s doable over the remaining games as it’s still a win for us and a defeat for them. But if the gap goes to four we are right on the brink.
